HUGE shout out to Sam from Gold Home Custom Remodeling for making some serious progress on the property last week! Completed:

• Drywall patching complete

• Tape Bed & Texture complete

• New exterior doors and windows complete

• Landscaping Phase 2 complete

• Exterior paint started last weekend (unfortunately photos only show the in-progress primer, but your next update will show a sweet new look)

Real Estate Market Update: As you may have heard, The Fed raised its benchmark interest rate by three-quarters of a percentage point on June 15 — the biggest hike since 1994. That follows a quarter-point increase in March and a half-point jump in May. As a result, real estate nationwide continues to cool but has not yet declined. Take a look at this video on June market trends in North Texas by Jordan Bellinger, a top producing RE broker for more details. We are sticking to our Pro-Forma list price but may have to swallow a longer time on the market. As always, please call if you need anything.
