How is DeWitt Development LLC different from its competitors?
There are lots of people out there operating in the world of real-estate. At DDRE, we believe there is enough real estate to go around. It is better to build relationships and leverage a network, than it is to try and out-compete others. We do things fairly, respectfully, and professionally, while hoping to help others reach their own unique goals along the way.
What experience does DeWitt Development LLC have?
We have been operating since 2017. To date, we have managed 10+ deals on our own that we currently still hold, and have leveraged partnerships to accomplish even more. Our portfolio is currently a mix of single-family and small multi-family long-term rentals, as we simultaneously work on flips. What markets and property types does DeWitt Development LLC work in?
DDRE has historically focused on single family and small multi-family homes in the long-term rental space. The markets we primarily operate in are Huntsville, AL and the DFW metro area where we live. We are currently investigating and pursuing larger commercial family properties in both of these markets. For home renovations, we only operate in the surrounding DFW area.
