Your friendly bi-weekly project update has arrived. Week 12 progress is below.

Completed:

• We got hit with a "red tag" to stop work for an HVAC code violation. Drainage was re-routed and cleared the stop work

• Interior framing/carpentry repairs are complete including installation of the LVL beam to open up the kitchen and living area

• Exterior siding/trim repairs are complete

• Fence repair complete

Up Next:

• Closing up drywall + Tape, Bed, and Texture

• Exterior paint. This has been rescheduled to allow for replacement windows to arrive and be installed

• Landscaping Phase 2

Visual progress should start to pick up as walls get closed up and cabinets & finish-outs start. We look forward to showing you the fun part!

Real Estate Market Update: Real estate nationwide continues to cool due to interest rate hikes and the current inflated economy according to data analysts we follow. Strong fundamentals are still in play as inventory remains low and demand is high. Check out Redfin's market data report on Sherman here.
