Mike has been investing in Real Estate since 2018 when he "house hacked" a duplex north of Boston, MA.  He learned that through REI, he could achieve his goal of financial freedom and has been aggressively pursuing that ever since.  He has been a part of over 20 investments and has actively managed 15 of them. 

Mike graduated with a degree in Management from the US Air Force Academy where he played football for the Falcons.  Currently, he works as a Project Manager for the US Air Force where he manages multimillion-dollar contracts for airplane modifications and software development.

In his free time, he enjoys searching for the next project, watching movies, sailing on the lake, and spending time with family.

Madalena has a passion for Traveling the world and experiencing new cultures.  She learned that RE Investing can be the vehicle to get her there when she "house hacked" with Mike. She jumped on the REI train and has since moved into the Conductor's seat,  identifying markets that provide cash-flowing assets that also appreciate.  Madalena's expertise is hunting for new deals, raising money, and designing beautiful homes for families.

Madalena studied Marketing and Spanish at The University of Kentucky.  She works for Schneider Electric as a Marketing Lead for a team that upgrades schools with the latest energy-saving technology.

Madalena loves giving back to the community, being a mom, and traveling with friends and family.
