Long-term rentals are one of our favorite strategies - we add value through renovating, often cash out refinance, and then gain additional equity through renting. Meanwhile, we wait for the market to appreciate. This single family rental (SFR) is in an area with great schools and growth.
Furnished Rental
Furnished rentals in the right areas provide tremendous upside to rental returns. We are currently renting long-term a single family home in an A-class neighborhood. This was actually our personal home that we converted into a rental, as it allowed us to keep scaling.
AirBnb's can be a great investment when in the right market. We launched our first BnB in Fredericksburg, TX through a partnership with family and friends. This property is called the Ranchito Retreat, and you can see the listing or even book a stay here.
